Context
As a major player in the energy transition in French-speaking Switzerland, Groupe E has historically distributed electricity to more than 400,000 people in Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Broye and Pays-d'Enhaut, in addition to a range of other energy services.
Until now, Groupe E has been made up of a number of different entities, each with its own activities and identity. Inox Communication was asked to rework the company's visual identity and help it move towards a single brand.
Solution
Once we had analysed the client's situation, we wanted to go beyond the requested graphic redesign and propose a more in-depth strategic reflection. This allowed us to challenge the client's initial ideas and vision of the brand's positioning.
After more than a year of working together, Groupe E and Inox Communication have finally given birth to a single brand, moving from a multi-faceted group, sometimes confusing to grasp because of its many activities, to a single brand whose services are now centred on the customer and his needs.
To achieve this, we have taken into account the growing interest of the population of French-speaking Switzerland in environmental issues and the challenges they present. As a company capable of handling all the energy-related aspects of building construction and maintenance, Groupe E needed to consolidate and clarify the skills present within its constituent entities in order to meet the current needs of its customers. The guiding objective of this approach was to enable customers to benefit from a single point of contact, expert in global energy solutions, to manage all aspects of their projects.
